For realtors & developers / Location API
Rich location data. A clearer local story.
Connect supported Ontario location context to your website or real estate workflow through our authenticated API. School-directory import support spans Hamilton, Oakville, Burlington and Mississauga; municipal location coverage is confirmed separately.
Resolve a supported address.
Start with a Hamilton municipal address and retrieve a stable location identifier for downstream context. Access is authenticated and permission-scoped.
Add planning-area context.
Retrieve supported official planning-unit context associated with a resolved location. Use it to inform place-based content and experiences with appropriate attribution.
Build with documented boundaries.
Explore the reference and coverage status before designing an integration. Additional modules may require approved imports and can return unavailable coverage.
Explore Build with documented boundaries.Choose access that fits your integration.
Explore quote-based API plans, then tell us your use case, required locations, and expected usage. We confirm coverage, permitted uses, and account access before you rely on the data.
Explore Choose access that fits your integration.Questions, answered.
Is this an MLS or IDX feed?
No. The hub is a location-context platform, not an IDX integration or live property-listing feed.
Are schools and real-time transit available?
School-directory imports support Hamilton, Oakville, Burlington and Mississauga. Nearby matches require a synchronized, current dataset and a supported location; attendance assignments and school ratings are not provided. Hamilton HSR scheduled-transit context depends on an approved static GTFS import and never represents real-time arrival predictions.
How do I get access?
Request access with your intended use and coverage needs. API access requires an approved account and authenticated credentials; public documentation alone does not provide access.
